4. Ordering & Pricing

Wholesale pricing is subject to minimum order thresholds. Shipping fees, taxes, and delivery schedules will be detailed in your invoice. Prices on the website may change without prior notice, but agreed orders will always be honored at the invoiced price.

5. Returns & Damaged Goods

Since we primarily deal in wholesale and chemical supply, all bulk sales are final. If any bottle or container arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us with pictures/videos within 48 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Real Chemicals is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, properties, or health resulting from improper usage, storage, or application of our chemical products or diffuser systems.
